Build Asia is Committed to Provide general contractor services in construction of large, medium, and small scale infrastructural facilities such as Industrial Complexes, Power Plants, Sub Stations, Electrical Distributions Lines, Commercial Buildings, Hospital Complexes,  Roads, Bridges, Land Developments, and other infrastructure facilities for both Governmental and Private Sectors Conducting topographical survey, cost analysis feasibility studies, design, development and drawing for the same that fulfills the specific requirements of its valued customers.

To this end Build Asia, is committed to establish, document, implement, maintain and continually, improve the effectiveness of the QMS based on the requirements of ISO  9001:2015. Build Asia is also committed to review the QMS for continuing suitability,

All members of the Build Asia are responsible for finalizing themselves with the company’s quality manual and following the established & adopted means of achieving the declared objectives.

For personal development of its personnel, the company will support all employees by way f on the job training and improved work methods through teamwork and the active participation of all employees.

Total quality management shall be applied to every aspect of the company activities and quality shall be the responsibility of everyone, in every activity throughout Build Asia.

Build Asia ensures that both staff and management are provided with the training, resources and facilities that are required to achieve these objectives.

The following training would be imparted:

• QMS awareness Training: Understanding of Company’s QMS: All employees twice a year.

• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Training: All employees twice a year.

• Specialized training: Internal Audit: Selected Personnel once in a year.

Quality Objectives are established and reviewed by the Chief Executive Officer through the management review process, Performance data is analyzed to assess the continuing suitability of the quality objectives.
